Hey guys, suddenly our transfer become so active. So who do you think is the best signing so far? Quite a close tie among the new signing. Some is free and some come with big rep. Whats ur view?

i still say all the players that big sam and the mgt team have been extremely impressive. i'm personally torn between the versatile geremi, smith, cacapa and barton. that's one too many for me, so i'm not gonna vote.
but this is definitely shaping up to one heck of a team! ;D ;D ;D

I'll go for Viduka - for now. He'll provide us the presence upfront.... that we've been missing last season.

Geremi will make the difference this season, you watch..
his midfield presence had a huge effect in the two major friendlies we've played.. his passes were a new dimension in our game..
doesnt matter who is up front, without the supply from the middle, nothing happens..

Not forgetting without a stable defence no matters how many goals we score also a problem ;D ;D ;D
So i vote for Rozehnal (although its far too soon to judge him)

Geremi has been outstanding in the pre-season. My vote goes to him. The best buy @ free or 2mil wadever. Who voted for Barton He would be lucky not to be the worst of all.

I believe it ll be Alan Smith.
Our Premier League top Scorers Last Season: Obafemi Martins 11 Kieron Dyer 5 Antoine Sibierski 3 James Milner 3 Scott Parker 3 Shola Ameobi 3
I fancy Geremi a lot too, he s dependable like Solano and Parker on the ball. But based on the stats above, Sam Ally must have understood Our lack of goals from the midfield especially. That s why the purchase of scoring Midfielders like Joey Barton (6 goals) and Alan Smith, whom I feel would be used alternatingly btw Midfield and Forward, and I forsee his name to appear frequently on the score sheet too. So in terms of impact...
It s Smudge for me... ;D

Either rozy or geremi for me! Rozenhal has settled well and its nice to have someone with a bit of composure at the back! It'll be so different from watching Bramble. I'm really looking forward to watching us play and not nearlyhaving a heart attack everytime we lose the ball i've not see cacapa play yet though so Rozy may not even get in the team if he is better.

Matey, you're comparing Angel and Demon here. Rozy and Bramble are totally in different class ! Bramble... speechless... I saw Rozy, and he looks classy ! Reminds me a lot of Hyppia on his best days as they roughly has the same built.

My best signing will be all the new signings!
With Cacapa, Enrique and Rozzy marshalling the defence, Barton, Geremi and Smith bossing the midfield, and Viduka firing goals in.. I'm so looking forward to this season!

After few thoughts, Joey Barton, if he can kept himself fit and sane, may be our missing link... in defence and attack.
So, Joey's signing may be critical for us...
