hehe i bought the previous season jersey for 20 pounds, and another one for my gf for 15 pounds!
The fans were really friendly. The guy who sat beside me(though i dont know what he is talking 50% of the time, becoz of this geordie accent), kept on nudging me when newcastle scored a goal. lol.. and give me a silly smile..lol

Yeap, pretty good experience, always wanted to visit SJP! and i spent quite abit just for this 'championship' match according to pple who knew that i went for the match. Coz im working in London now for these few months, train fare up north is around 100 plus pounds, plus hotel and the ticket(quite cheap lah this one..iirc 25pounds nia..hhaa) So actually go around see stadiums loh, i also hop over to stadium of light, which is Newcastle's arch rival sunderland! hahah.. plus london based clubs.

Sunderland is very well supported plus i think racism is pretty common over at sunderland. I was subjected to some verbal abuse when i was just walking pass just becoz im not whites. I think if i spit at them..i wouldnt be here typing liao..

I would not waste spit on the unwashed......... now dropping the trollies and making a REAL statement is another thing...... it has to be said though, we are not without our own brand of brain dead who treat someone coming into the Toon from outside and proclaiming love for the club with not only disrespect but open antagonism...... the very much "wor city wor club" attitude which only a certain breed of lobotomised muppets who tend to drink in the Bulls Heid (The Three Bulls Heads) display....... aaaaaalllll together ....WE ARE ONE .......... BUT WE ARE MANY

Great post orangec !!!!!
Memory lane for some, new experience for others, it is very difficult to describe the feeling of matchdays in the Toon and actually making your way to the ground......... the great feeling of camaraderie and being ONE .......... one nation one club one goal !!!
Good to see the Strawberry never changes........

Yeah. Haha i knew it was a joke. Im not a native of newcastle, naturally im kinda neutral towards them! Im kinda impressed with them stadium actually. lol. It is only if u are from that area, then there will be rivalry between different cities. Likes portsmouth and southampton. Newcastle, boro and sunderland. So on so forth.
